The Church is not an opportunity for fame or popularity. It is to be a community of people centered around Jesus, whose teachers and leaders are all servants of Jesus.
 
Sexual Integrity
Being a follower of Jesus involves sexual integrity. He is redeeming our bodies, and our physical actions reveal our response to his love and grace.
 
Food Laws
Paul gets at the heart behind Jewish food laws. God loved us when he died for us, and we should be willing to care for the wellbeing of others before ourselves.
 
Worship Gatherings
Worship gatherings should be orderly, not distracting. When worshipers serve and act in love, other believers and visitors are built up and can hear from God.
 
The Resurrection
This letter is anchored in the implications of the resurrection. It unifies, motivates sexual purity, empowers us to love, and gives us hope for victory over death.
